Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website catyamarialtd.site and any engagement with Catyamaria Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Catyamaria Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 5th Floor Blok, 1 Castle Park, Bristol, England, BS2 0JA, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 837 439.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. What we do not do
SIC 82990 is a residual classification, so we state our limits rather than rely on it. Catyamaria Ltd provides administrative and back-office support only. We are not an employment agency or an employment business within the meaning of the Employment Agencies Act 1973, and we do not supply, introduce or place workers. We are not a company formation agent and we are not a trust or company service provider: we do not form companies or other legal persons, we do not act as or arrange for another person to act as a director, secretary, partner, trustee or nominee shareholder, and we do not provide a registered office, business address, correspondence address, accommodation address or mail-forwarding service. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority; we do not carry on debt collection, debt advice, claims management or any other regulated activity. We do not provide legal, tax, accountancy, audit, financial, insurance, pensions or immigration advice, and nothing we produce should be treated as any of those. Where a matter requires a regulated, licensed or professionally qualified person, we will say so and decline the work.
3b. How engagements work
Scope, deliverables, rhythm and fees are agreed in writing before work begins, and work requested outside that scope is quoted separately. We act on the client’s instructions and within the access the client grants; we do not make decisions that are properly the client’s, enter into commitments on the client’s behalf except where expressly authorised in writing, or sign anything in the client’s name. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and data it supplies, for its own statutory filings and deadlines, and for its own backups. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf we do so as processor under a separate written agreement and on the client’s documented instructions; the client remains the data controller. Access granted to us is limited to what the agreed work requires and is closed on completion, and records and documents are returned at the end of an engagement. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
