A narrow trade, done properly

Catyamaria Ltd is registered for other business support service activities not elsewhere classified (SIC 82990) and is registered at Castle Park in Bristol.

That classification is a catch-all, which makes it worth saying precisely what we do and what we do not. We do administrative and back-office work: handling records and documents, entering and checking data, keeping diaries and chasing the things in them, coordinating suppliers and orders, and writing down how a process runs. We do it to your instructions, within an agreed scope, using the access you give us and no more.

What we do not do is anything that needs a licence, an authorisation or a professional qualification. We are not an employment agency or an employment business and we do not supply or introduce workers. We are not a company formation agent and we are not a trust or company service provider: we do not form companies, act as or provide directors, secretaries or nominee shareholders, and we do not provide registered office, business or correspondence addresses or mail-forwarding services. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we do not collect debts or handle claims, and we give no legal, tax, accountancy, financial, insurance or immigration advice.

Those lines are not modesty. Several of them are criminal offences to cross without the right registration, and a business support company is exactly the kind of firm that drifts into them by being helpful. We would rather turn a job down and say who you actually need.

Your data stays yours. We work within an agreed scope, record what we have done, and hand everything back with access closed at the end.
